    • We accept the reservation by internet (Click Here to make a reservation).

  3. Procedure of contract
    • Confirmation on reservation and contract need guest or resident signature.

  4. Security Deposit
    • 2 months security deposit required for 1 year lease.

  5. Payment of rent
    • Less then 12 months 20,000Baht/monthly
    • 1 year or more 18.000Baht/monthly
    • Rent Includes fully furnished Apartment, full access to the Beautiful Pool, Sauna and the Gym.
    • In case of availability we also welcome Weekly guests at 9,000Baht/week

  6. Check-in
    • At reception, facilities and room amenities will be explained.
    • Guest signature and payments.
    • Receipt of room key and so on.

  7. Apartment-include
    • UBC Cable TV (HBO, CNN, ESPN, Star Sports, Discovery and more)
    • 32"Plasma TV & DVD player
    • Full-equipped kitchen with table ware.
    • (Internet WiFi, Room-cleaning & Change of linen are available for a small extra fee)
